Refunds for Handmade Items

• No Refunds: Due to the unique nature of our handmade items, including accent trays and terrazzo products, we do not accept refunds for these items. Each piece is crafted with care and is one-of-a-kind.

Refunds for Paint

• No Refunds: Please note that paint purchases are also non-refundable. We encourage you to check the specifications and colors before placing your order.

Damaged Items During Transit

• Refunds Granted: If your item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within one day of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund for the damaged item.
